Architectural projects of buildings completed in the Autonomous Community of Galicia between January 1, 2016 and December 31, 2017 will be eligible for the awards, except for the special one for professional career . 2. The natural or legal persons responsible for the aforementioned projects must be architectural professionals. 3. Architects who, due to their contribution to architecture in the Galician territory, deserve special recognition may be nominated for the 2018 special career achievement award. Third. Presentation of candidatures to participate in the Galician architecture, rehabilitation and special sustainability awards 2018 1. Entities that, according to the fifth basis, have representation on the jury, may submit candidatures for the 2018 architecture, rehabilitation and special sustainability awards, within a period of two (2) months, counting from the day following the of the publication of this order.
The presentation of the candidatures will be carried out electronically, through the computer application that, for these purposes, appears on the IGVS website, by providing the following documentation: a) Authorization of the authors of the projects to the proposing entity to present their candidacy, as well as their express consent to the IGVS to be able to publish, disseminate and publicize the projects and the material provided with the proposal, according to the USA Phone Number model available at said application. b) Images: a maximum of 12 files will be accepted, which may contain photographs, plans, diagrams, etc., in jpg format, related to the corresponding project. c) Descriptive and justifying report of the project. d) Summary sheet, in DIN-A3 horizontal format, of the proposed project. e) Optionally, a video of a maximum duration of 3 minutes about the proposed project may be provided.
Projects submitted for the special sustainability award must also include a report justifying the sustainability strategies applied, as well as the results obtained. In order to allow the identification of the different people who participated in the projects, in the application submission process for each project, the name, telephone number and email of each of the people involved in them must be recorded. 3. Once the previous formalities have been completed, the computer application will generate a summary document of the documentation presented, in PDF format, which the proposing entity must necessarily provide by electronic means, through the standardized form available at the electronic headquarters of the Xunta de Galicia.
